Our Ambitions for the Coming Year
Our first year as a B Corp has laid a strong foundation, but we know the journey is just beginning. As we look to the future, we’re setting our sights on deeper impact, greater accountability and continued innovation in how we work and what we create.
In particular, we will be focusing on environmental sustainability – an area where we can make a meaningful difference. This will involve ongoing improvements to our own working environments in St Ives and Exeter, as well as ensuring that sustainability is central to our project delivery and the advice we provide to clients.
Here are some of the key priorities and ambitions we’re setting for the year ahead:
- Launch our ‘Social Value Guide’ to help educate our staff and clientele on the potential for creating meaningful change
- Continue to monitor and aim to reduce our carbon footprint
- Introduce an electric car initiative for employees
- Increase the use of feedback surveys to monitor client satisfaction and inform our approach
- Continue to nurture and leverage the additional skills and expertise within our practice to broaden our service offerings
- Encourage employees to utilise their annual wellbeing and volunteering allowance
The past year has been a powerful reminder of what’s possible when purpose is placed at the heart of practice. While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we know there’s much more to do — and we’re excited for what comes next.
