The accountancy firm that commissioned this new headquarters building were looking for a low carbon design that maximised natural ventilation and sunlight to comfortably benefit their employees and contribute to the office health and wellbeing strategy.
The design also combines air source heat pumps with under floor heating to lower running costs and reduce ongoing operational carbon.
Off road and accessible parking was made available as well as local planting within the site to aid the overall natural biodiversity within the populated area.
