Delivering new hard and soft landscaping; a family friendly waterplay feature together with a seating terrace, leaf shaped shelter and a new Tourist Information Centre was constructed.
Two architecturally striking steel-framed “leaf” structures are the visual centrepiece of the first phase of works to transform Bournemouth's seafront, and provide a visitor centre and shelter in the centre of Pier Approach. The “leaves” are bespoke and innovative in their application of natural design principles to produce aesthetically appealing structures. Both structures provide column-free spaces for future adaptation.
