Poynton Bradbury Proudly Sponsors Cornwall Heritage Trust!

We are pleased to be working with the Cornwall Heritage Trust to sponsor their activities in preserving and strengthening our unique Cornish heritage.

Following a chat at the recent Ertach Kernow Expo held at Godolphin House which showcased all businesses who contribute to the conservation, understanding and enjoyment of Cornwall’s historic environment; Emma Hosking and Antonia Mullaly of the Cornwall Heritage Trust (CHT) got to talking about the benefits of business sponsorship.

As a ‘Heritage Friend’, Poynton Bradbury will support the work of the CHT. This includes helping to fund school transport to enable children to visit places of heritage interest, support the many volunteers who look after the CHT locations and to help CHT acquire historic sites to safeguard the sites future. The trust currently cares for 15 historic sites across Cornwall from Caer Bran in the west to Dupath Well in the east.


Supporting the CHT aligns our principles to conserve, repair and reuse historic structures, maintaining their significance and Cornish distinctiveness.

Emma studied at the Canterbury School of Architecture before joining Poynton Bradbury Architects in July 2000 and completing her training with Plymouth University in 2003.  She has a wide range of experience leading on projects encompassing public buildings, schools, community buildings and historic properties with diverse and complex client groups ranging from local authorities to charity-based community groups and the private sector. 

With a keen interest and extensive experience in conservation architecture and historic buildings, Emma was formally recognised with entry onto the RIBA Conservation Register at the Conservation Architect level.
